I went to my local Sunset Ford for my final free oil change and tire rotation.

Everything looks good.

Although, I am still waiting on a national backorder for a new front bumper for the Stang. I don't know if I told this story, but I destroyed a raccoon one late night and the front splitter broke and make a small crack in my front bumper. I was at the point of almost getting a rental when I was told it would be over a month to get a new bumper! At least they made it high priority for a "collision" and they are finally starting to show up at warehouses!

Weird, after I got rear ended and needed a new bumper, they had it within days. And mine is 10 years old.

That's a nice detailed report. When I got my oil change, my dealer just went over a quick checklist. Everything looked good. Then a week later a pulley was making noise and my dad and I couldn't figure out which one. So we took it down to a Firestone. Turns out there were several oil leaks. They were just small drips, but it was very noticeable. I couldn't believe the Ford tech missed it. They also said my tires were fine, but they were really low on tread. I kind of have a hard time believing them now.

Wow, I'd find a different dealer in your area. That sounds like the tech just didn't give a shit about anything he was doing.

I think the bumper is taking so long cuz it's a 2014 and they only made this front bumper for 2 years...idk

There aren't many dealers in my area. I really only go to them for simple stuff anyway. I would be more concerned with people who don't know any better. I knew those tires were on their last legs. Other people wouldn't.

I wish the multi-point sheets I write looked that nice. Ours aren't typed and printed, just hand written. Exact same sheet though, of course they're company-wide.

A dealer. Possibly why the info isn't printed in.
